I have a proven track record of establishing the culture, articulating the vision, and setting the strategy to successfully develop complex businesses across multiple global markets from acquisition through to maturity.
Having held many senior positions across the insurance and technology sector including as CEO of Lockton Singapore, I am uniquely accomplished in managing P&L, sales strategies and M&As across Insurance Brokers and SaaS providers.
Currently, I am driving innovation across the Insurance sector by focusing on the challenges being faced by the insurance sector and the role technology has to play to address those challenges. A keynote speaker at Insurance forums from AIRMIC in the UK to Connected Claims in North America, my thought leadership is regularly published in Industry journals.
