I have always been an eager problem solver and creative thinker, and my passion lies in understanding people better, the psychology behind why we do the things we do and crafting both digital and offline experiences which solve real user and business problems.
I am extremely passionate and driven by the need to “be the change I wish to see in the world,” where I feel a constant motivation through my roles to promote, support, and educate where I can in my networks and profession about the criticality of both inclusivity through accessibility and designing for sustainability.
I also co-organise @LadiesthatUXBEL in my spare time, which is Belfast's city's section of the worldwide community of @LadiesThatUX. Ladies that UX Belfast - is a meetup designed to allow women working in the UX industry within the city & Northern Ireland as a whole - an opportunity to get together for an informal meetup around various UX topics / problems / issues on a bi-monthly basis in & around the city.
