Mark A. Zawodny currently serves as United Urology Group's Senior Director of Clinical and Business Systems and is charged with strategy and execution of UUG's practice management and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Mark is responsible for the management of Chesapeake Urology, Tennessee Urology, Colorado Urology, and Arizona Urology Specialists' clinical systems, including Phreesia intake, Zoom telehealth, and dozens of other ancillary systems. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mark executed a project to quickly enable wide-scale, custom telehealth encounters utilizing Zoom's API. He brings almost 20 years experience in software development, healthcare strategy, and management experience to United Urology Group.

Previously, Mark founded Web Partners in 2001 and served as its President and CEO. Mark was responsible for the overall strategic direction and day to day operations of the company. He positioned Web Partners as a national leader in healthcare-focused website and digital marketing services. Mark sold the company in November 2018.

Before founding the company, Mark held leadership positions throughout the technology industry. He previously served as Vice President of Operations to DealerOn, Inc., a leading marketing services company that caters to the automotive industry. Additionally, he also served as a consultant to the US Department of Transportation, as the Director of Web Services for Interliant, Inc., and as head of hosting services for Digiweb, Inc.

Within the healthcare community, Mark has participated in roundtable panels and Grand Rounds presentations on various healthcare technology topics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification, and is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Maryland.
