An experienced executive with a proven track record both domestically and internationally in creating, transforming and leading retail and corporate businesses.

Currently for Zurich International Life I lead customer service, IT, cyber security, development, test and business change along data governance, business resilience, corporate reporting and corporate real estate including supplier management.

I am director and trustee of our pension business, Zurich International Pension Administration Limited.

I am also a member of the Executive Committee for the Isle of Man Insurance Association and Chair its Sub Committee for Customer Outcomes

As Head of International Markets Operations I led all customer service, claims and medical underwriting units along with transformation and business change for our group savings and group risk portfolios.

As Head of Corporate Risk Operations I led all Operations, Claims and Medical Underwriting functions for both Group Risk and Grouo Income protection divisions. I also led and sponsored Zurich’s UK Life Customer Experience Program.

As Head of Customer Service at Legal and General I initially developed a direct to consumer service proposition from the ground up which successfully was taken to market with a number of strategic partnerships established. Latterly in role I led all at retirement service delivery for both new and in force customers.

In previous roles I have been responsible for leading business units through regulatory change, customer experience, contact centres, third party supplier management and credit control.
