● Built and developed the Social Enterprise arm of a major national 2nd tier charity generating £4million annually in self-generated income.
● Created the leading case management app on the Salesforce platform enabling 15,000 staff in 200 organisations to record the journeys through homelessness of tens of thousands people.
● Led a small charity through sustained and continued growth to become a significant national organisation.
● Transformed a charity dependent on government grants and fundraising to a social business generating 70% of income from sales, licences and contracts.
● Created significant innovative information services for the homelessness, advice and domestic violence sectors.
