Prior to TD SYNNEX , Matt was the Senior Vice President of Sales- North America for Worldplay Communications, Worldplay’s proprietary cloud based technologies are designed to maximize current wired and wireless infrastructure by enabling the delivery of quality video at low bitrates to consumers’ TV’s, computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
Prior to Worldplay, Matt was DISH Network’s Vice President of Alliance Management and National Accounts.Under his leadership, his sales channels exceeded company objectives for three consecutive years and experienced strong revenue and EBITDA growth. Through his account relationship focus, new long-term agreements were solidified with all key accounts/partners. Matt launched DISH Network services into over 550+ wireless store locations at AT&T Wireless, Windstream, Embarq, CenturyTel, Frontier, TDS Telecom and Iowa Telecom. Matt delivered sales growth from 405,000 to 950,000 annual gross activations. Matt earned one of four Chairman’s Awards for this performance.
Prior to joining DISH Network, Matt served as Vice President of Sales for Centennial Wireless (acquired by AT&T) and led the direct sales team and dealer channels to significant growth. He also led the new market launch of their GSM service into several key market areas. Matt generated top company performance in 5 matrix categories for 3 consecutive years.
Matt has led successful sales organizations in the wireless industry and the hardware/software industry, including internet start-ups.
Matt held numerous successful sales and management positions with IBM in the Southeast Region.
Matt graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Univ of Miami with a BBA in Business/Marketing. He is an active board member of JA and is an avid mountain biker, skier and artist. He resides in Denver, CO with his wife, Katie, and their 3 children.
