I am a certified Project Management Professional, a licensed real estate agent, and have been a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council and the Fast Company Executive Board. I've earned both Commercial Real Estate & Real Estate Finance certificates from Boston University and was named the "Best Multifamily Investment Coach" by the American Apartment Owners Association.
In addition to my real estate investing career, I am a passionate coach, author, and producer. I wrote the #1 best-selling book Backstage Guide to Real Estate, where I share my insights and strategies on how to build wealth and legacy through syndication deals. I also co-produced two Tony Award-winning Broadway shows, Moulin Rouge! and American Utopia, and invested in several other iconic musicals, such as Hamilton and Wicked.
