I started working in Software Sales as an SDR and noticed that Sales Development has changed massively in the last years. In an effort to understand what actually works today, I started sharing my journey here on LinkedIn.
Today, I am an entrepreneur and founded SDRs of Germany, a German-speaking sales community, that connects all German-speaking sales people globally to exchange ideas and learn from each other.
When I started posting on LinkedIn, I thought: “I am just an SDR, who would follow me?”.
Until I understood that everyone can build a personal brand and that you don't have to have 20 years of experience – as long as you believe in yourself and stay authentic.
