- Prepared training for over 1000 physicians and administrative staff for 260 covering new program implementation, swiftly moving to remote WebEx presentations during pandemic to maintain quality.

- Elevated focus of GI centers to encourage better reporting to registries compiling data on digestive health. Outpaced national benchmarks on most performance measures.

- Met with GI advocacy group to present value of GI registry data that led to partnerships with multiple research groups. Worked Mt. Sinai resulting in research partnerships leading to ground-breaking, first-in-kind study of early-age onset neoplasia.
