I am a trial attorney who seeks justice for those who are in need of it. I was fortunate enough to have been trained by one the greatest lawyers of the 20th century and I have used that training and insight to find creative and ingenious solutions to my client's problems.
I have handled a wide variety of cases from complex mass torts actions such as the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill, the Silicon Breast Implant Litigation, and the Ferdinand Marcos Human Rights Litigation to simple car crash cases.
Over the years I have won settlements and verdicts in excess of $1 billion for my clients.
I also defend tenants in evictions as a volunteer with the San Francisco Bar Association (BASF). I have developed expertise in post foreclosure evictions and One Strike public housing cases. As a result of my efforts over the last 10 years the BASF has recognized me as one of their outstanding volunteers each year and in 2009 honored me with their prestigious Housing Justice Award.
The Santa Clara Trial Lawyers has also honored me with the Presidents Award for my contribution to the legal profession in doing my version of the famed Belli Seminar which show cases the latest cutting edge techniques to help you get an adequate award for your clients in these difficult times
