Michael Bruck has served as BAI Security’s President/CEO and Chief Technology Officer since forming the company in 2007. Under his leadership, the company has become a trusted security partner to more than a thousand organizations in regulated industries within the U.S. alone. Specializing in governance, risk, compliance, and auditing services BAI Security has developed a national reputation for cutting-edge, cost-effective security services for the banking & finance sector, healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, and many other regulated industries.

With more than 30 years of IT, business development, and customer relationship expertise, Michael has brought BAI Security from a fledgling IT services firm to a Managed Security Services innovator, and now a market-leading compliance and IT security auditing firm. Through his passion for listening to the specific needs of his clients and effectively turning that into industry-leading services that exceed those available in the marketplace today, he has catapulted BAI Security into the nationally recognized audit firm it is today.

By still maintaining an active role in the field, working directly with BAI’s client base, Michael continues to look for new ways for his firm to exceed customers’ expectations and assist them through the myriad of growing compliance requirements.
