As the head of our SMB segment, I have the privilege of leading our fastest growing segment. I’m passionate about identifying and empowering talented individuals, investing in their success through learning and development and driving predictable revenue.
I have the incredible opportunity to experience ongoing promotions and currently sit in my 8th role in 4.5 years. Over that time, I led both Commercial, MM and SMB teams. I have overseen both customer and new business GTM strategies. Currently, and over the past 3 years, I led the strategy that drove a 30% increase in GRR, a 20% increase in NRR, a 20% increase in ARPA that resulted in 100% YoY segment growth. Additionally, I've seen upwards of 12 promotions from SMB to Snr. Director during this time. Outside of my core role of leading high-performing teams, I’ve had an opportunity to have an impact on our product direction, pricing strategy and shape GTM through cross-functional tiger teams.
I am currently living in a growth mindset and taking the Pavilion CRO School to better my skill set and set my team up for continued successes.
