Dr. Michael Lau is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-founder of the healthtech company [P]rehab & Prehab Physical Therapy

As a team of Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists, [P]rehab teaches people how to use the same reactive strategies that we use with patients in the clinic, and apply those concepts in a proactive manner to decrease the risk of injury - a concept better known as prehab or preventative rehab.

His vision is to provide universal access to a healthier life through prevention and optimization which he believes can be accomplished through a blend of technology and omni-channel content.
