I head the Support team at Userlike, as well as lead Retention. I am involved in many parts of the company, focusing on improving everything within my reach. I've kicked off several projects, such as improved product testing, a comprehensive knowledge base, video tutorials, and structured support training.
When I'm not spending my time in Customer Success, I'm working closely with Tech Support, Account Management, our Back Office, or recording voice overs for our Marketing team. I also enjoy planning events and cooking for the entire Userlike team!
Above all, I believe in giving both the customer, and the team you work with, the tools and help they need to succeed.
