Michael Pannone

I am an experienced multi-functional engineer focused on bringing technology R&D from concept and lab scale to consumer markets. I have worked for over 10 years at the intersection between chemistry and device in the cutting edge fields of organic electro-optic and SiC semiconductors, working specifically with HEMT transistors for RF applications, Power MOSFETs, light emitting diodes, and photovoltaic cells. My expertise include building out device testing capabilities, writing software to analyze results, optimizing devices and designing experiments to screen materials.
