Prior to my role at Unmind I was the Head of Talent Acquisition at wagamama and I was responsible for leading the talent acquisition function and creating the strategy to recruit, on-board and retain the best talent alongside building the employer brand. Before this role I was the Head of TA for the Restaurant Group before moving internally to my role at wagamama.
During my role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Just Eat I was responsible for the commercial and corporate recruitment strategy across the Just Eat Group, UK and Just Eat's international markets. One of my main focuses throughout my time at Just Eat was senior hiring and partnering with senior execs to hire and on-board the best talent for Just Eat.
