As the Founder of Hello Fears, Michelle Poler has created a social movement empowering millions to step outside of their comfort zone and tap into their full potential.
She has inspired some of the world’s most influential organizations including Google, Facebook, Microsoft, P&G, Toyota, Coca-Cola, LinkedIn, Wells Fargo, TED and many more.
Poler is also the creator of the project 100 Days Without Fear and her work has been featured on CBS, CNN, Forbes, The TODAY Show, Univisión and Buzzfeed, among many others.
Michelle is also the author of the best-selling book "Hello, Fears" and host of the Spanish podcast "Desde El Avión" (From The Plane) along with her husband, Adam Stramwasser.
Prior to founding Hello Fears, she earned a Masters in Branding from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and went on to serve as an Art Director at Young & Rubicam for many world-renowned brands.
Michelle speaks English and Spanish fluently. She was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela
