I love solving big tech challenges by focusing on people, process, and product in that order. I am a product leader with an engineering background so I still geek out over things like testing approach and engineering efficiency. I come from an artistic family so everything I do is rooted in creativity. My goal for every team I lead is that I grow the people, we have a lasting impact on the product and its customers and I leave a team more diverse then when I found it.
