I’m a behavioral scientist turned product and program leader. I love using technology to make it easier for people to make great decisions at work.
My superpower is taking the team from a set of ambiguous problems to a clear set of actions that will enable us to accomplish our business goals. I have worked in a variety of different roles over the years—across behavioral science, market research, and product management—and I leverage skills from all of those experiences to build products and practices that make work better.
I earned my PhD from Northeastern University in Experimental Psychology, where I led an NIH funded research program about people’s emotional experiences and their impact on decision-making, performance, and well-being.
My work has been published in several top tier academic journals, and featured in popular press including the New York Times, and a TED talk with over six million views.
