I have led cross-cultural, geographically-distributed, award-winning teams of up to 15 people, led supply operations for a leading gig economy company, managed multi-million dollar initiatives, provided strategic policy advice for senior leaders, built social impact partnerships that have benefitted thousands of people; cultivated community relationships across the United States to build a national movement; developed strategies across teams with different equities, and helped to open international trade in emerging markets. I've lived in seven (7) countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa, and speak several foreign languages.
I enjoy building strategies for long-term goals and developing paths to get there—using operational, product, brand, and community approaches—and rigorously measuring performance. My specific expertise includes strategy and program planning; customer success; behavioral science; product operations; community engagement; content and brand strategy; monitoring and evaluation; partnership-building; and corporate social responsibility. I am passionate about using empathy as a tool for understanding users and improving products and services.
