I bring more than 25 years of experience in the IT services and consulting field to my role at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). I have focused my efforts on helping customer across many verticals including Airlines, Retail, Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing, Banking and Insurance and Telecom. While working with these companies, I have been a leader in helping to develop cutting edge customer experience (CX) applications that help meet customer demands across the journey. My experience working with clients has translated into my role as a subject matter expert for on topics pertaining to CX design, CX Strategy roadmap, Digital Experience, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, etc.
