I am fortunate to lead the Digital Employee Experience transformation at Microsoft. My team’s mission is to power, protect, and digitally transform the employee experience at Microsoft across devices, applications and infrastructure. Over the last 4 years, I have had the privilege to lead Microsoft IT’s digital employee transformation and evolved the organization from an IT-centric organization to a modern, vision-led, experience centric organization.

I am a pioneer of digital transformation in the enterprise and a passionate steward of the employee experience. I obsessively focus on our employees to ensure that our global company of over 280,000 people are the most productive and collaborative in the industry. We lead the way for our customers and partners by imagining, inventing, and inspiring new capabilities that support Microsoft’s mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
