I have nine years of Children's Ministry experience and eight years of Student's. I have lead in three multi-campus churches across my time in ministry and have overseen ministries of over 2000. Over that time I have developed new ministry experiences to provide fun environments for children while maintaining a high level of gospel centrality.
Outside of ministry I have experience in marketing. From Google Ads to email marketing I have been a part of teams that oversaw campaigns sent to large audiences while driving high engagement and above average ROI.
In my time at school I got my degree in Communications with a focus of Organizational Leadership. I was in debate for a good portion of my time there and also leaned into the design side of things to help better balance my education.
I have great people skills and always put my best foot forward. I never put out a half finished project, instead I work meticulously until I have the best version I can obtain. I also believe that culture is crucial for the work environment and work hard to keep things fun and light while striving to achieve whatever goal we are going after.
