I've been honing my Customer Service and coaching expertise for over two decades starting as a licensed swim instructor teaching infants, children and adults up to seniors. I've performed face-to-face service for retail stores like Circuit City and in call a center setting as a Supervisor for Blizzard Entertainment. There I was able to share my experiences as a direct mentor to service agents on teams between 10-20 people strong and for several departments handling tasks such as billing, account management, in-game support and loyalty programs.

I started at AT&T as an installation technician for AT&T where I marry hands-on IT and telecommunications experience with on-site customer education with a friendly and professional delivery.

I am currently an In-Home Expert for AT&T. This Sales position combined White Glove or Concierge in-home Customer Service with sales. I look for custom solutions for a customer with their home entertainment, networking and cellular needs.
