I started my career with ATIO in 1999 and moved to Interactive Intelligence with the Acquisition on 1 January 2012.

I was employed as Senior Engineer for the ATIO Corporation for 7 Years; having installed and upgraded current and new CIC clients from CIC/EIC version 2.2 to version 3. During this time I traveled extensively in South Africa as well as the rest of Africa.

In 2006 I was appointed as Technical Manager for the ATIO Cape Town Branch and ran a combined Avaya/Nortel and CIC Engineering Team.

I have also specialized in a variety of other Call Center Products incl. Rightfax and Voice Recording Solutions like Dictaphone and Witness

I was appointed as Regional Professional Services Manager for South Africa and Africa in January 2012; running a team of Professional Services Engineers and Project Managers; reporting directly to the Director in EMEA.
