I have been part of the PR/Comms & Media landscape for many years in different global executive leadership roles. During this time, I have been fortunate to witness a lot of exciting change not only in our business but the industry. So, what keeps me motivated - my "why"? It's my personal drive to constantly evolve and change to deliver better outcomes for our customers, teams, and the business. I realized overtime there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to leading a team through change - but for me, it requires me to stay authentic, inspire trust, be a strong communicator, and most importantly truly respect the resistance people have to change and acknowledge the struggles. I love to innovate and plan the long-term strategy…while never forgetting to celebrate along the way – key here, is to make sure everyone is celebrating with you!
