There are two Noa(h)s in the bible -- the one we all know with the ark and the animals and the one i'm named after. This second Noa (with no h!) only gets mentioned once, but it's one heck of a growth story. Noa and her sisters advocated for women to inherit their family's property after their father passed away, eventually expanding the rights of all women in biblical times to control their own destiny and own their own property.

While I can only aspire to imitate that fearless leadership, I have spent 9+ years building and scaling teams and programs across a variety of fast-growth companies. I have deep expertise in multi-channel, product-first programs across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels. I've worked cross-functionally with leaders in product, finance, and creative to drive growth strategies that are true to both the product vision and the brand identity. I've leveraged organic social trends to go viral on TikTok, hitting #1 in the App Store and top 10 in my product category at my last two companies. I've recruited, managed, mentored, and developed high performance teams at my last three companies. I've actively contributed to Series B, C, and D fundraising rounds, helping my current company raise $80MM in 2022.

I'm no biblical hero, but I am a fearless, data-driven growth advocate who loves to find synergies between customer demand and business objectives. When i'm not in work mode, you can find me chronicling my NYC adventures for my Sunday Adventure series, training to walk a half marathon in one day on my under-the-desk walking pad, or listening to true crime podcasts.
