I am the HR lead at CTW Inc, a rapidly growing company in the game industry. With over 10 years of experience in HR and project management, I have worked with multiple corporations across different industries and regions. In addition to the game industry, I also have experience in internet, logistics, and robotics.

Currently, my mission is to promote the growth of CTW Inc from a people perspective. This includes building a diverse and inclusive team, fostering a positive and innovative culture, and enhancing the company's brand and reputation.

I am proud to lead the CTW Talent Acquisition team, which was a finalist for The Best Talent Acquisition Team in Japan 2022, and to support the global expansion of CTW Inc.
