Omid is the Founder of Majority, a creative agency in partnership with Shaquille O'Neal that combines a multicultural talent model with general market capabilities, on the principle that diversity is the ultimate competitive advantage for ideas that land in culture.
Omid's work has been featured on the cover of The New York Times, in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Hypebeast, Forbes, Fast Company and parodied on Saturday Night Live. In 2016, Omid was named to Ad Age’s 40 Under 40.
He is the creator of the award-winning podcast “Talking to Ourselves,” featuring the industry’s greatest minds discussing creativity and leadership. Guests include David Droga, Ryan Reynolds, Fernando Machado, Alex Bogusky, Cindy Gallop and Sir John Hegarty.
Omid began his career at Crispin Porter+Bogusky, where he was the youngest Creative Director in the agency’s history, helping CP+B win AdAge’s “2010 Agency of the Decade.”
At Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Omid built branded entertainment properties for brand clients including General Motors, QVC and Diageo, and talent clients including Lorne Michaels, Mike Krzyzewski and ZZ Top.
As Chief Creative Officer, Omid helped Momentum (Mccann Worldgroup) become the first-ever experiential agency named to the AdAge A-List Standouts in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, he won Grand Prix at Cannes (Industry Craft) for the Nike activation “The Church.”
