With over 14 years of experience in real estate, I have mastered the art and science of creative finance, the most effective and affordable way to get started in the industry. I co-host Triple Digit Flip, a TV show on A&E that showcases how to make $100,000 or more on fix-and-flip projects using creative finance strategies. I also own PCGS Management, a general contracting and investing company that specializes in subject to deals and lease options.

My mission is to spread the message of creative finance, teach others how to build generational wealth and show people that they can reach the finish line from any starting point. I have faced and overcome many challenges in my journey, including a $1 million dollar bankruptcy letter that derailed my construction business.

But instead of giving up, I turned this setback into a turning point and learned how to leverage other people's money, credit, and resources to create win-win solutions. I share my knowledge and expertise through various platforms, such as podcasts, social media, online courses, and live events. I believe that the riches are in the niches and that by hyper-focusing on a specific domain, I can make a broader impact and help more people achieve their real estate goals.
