With over 6 years of experience in coaching and leading sales development teams, I am passionate about helping SDRs achieve their full potential and drive revenue growth for their companies. I am currently the Director of Sales Development at Tray.io, a leading cloud-based automation platform that empowers users to integrate their entire tech stack and automate complex processes.

As the head of the SDR org at Tray.io, I oversee our Commercial, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and EMEA segments, ensuring that we deliver high-quality leads and pipeline to our sales teams. I also mentor and train our SDRs on best practices, strategies, and skills for cold calling. In 2018, I was honored to receive the SaaSy Sales Leadership Impact Award for my contributions to the sales development community.
