What I do: I have nearly a decade of sales management experience ranging from Series A to public company. I specialize in guiding organizations through hyper-growth phases, having most recently played a role in Lattice's journey from 7mm to well over 100mm ARR.

My expertise lies in building and leading AE and BDR teams, and I have a strong understanding of what it takes to get a young team off the ground as well as how to replicate predictable success.

Who I help: My passion is working with growing companies who are looking to take the next step in evolving their business and setting their sales org up for continued success. A large portion of my work at Lattice was creating and scaling an outbound sales playbook for BDRs and AEs, and I know what it takes to meaningfully grow revenue year over year.

When I joined, Lattice was an 100% inbound revenue organization and needed help developing and systemizing an outbound funnel. We built and scaled a playbook that took us from 10 to 50 reps and from 0% to nearly 40% outbound ARR.

What's most important to me are the people and teams that I support and I am committed to doing everything I can to make them successful. I believe just as much in the impact of a strong team culture as I do the impact of a strong sales process.
