Here at ParkerGale, I lead all of our growth-focused value creation initiatives. That means I spend my time helping our CEOs, CROs, and CMOs build processes, improve their performance, and shape the strategy that underpins our investment thesis. (In other words, I help our companies find their next 100 customers a little faster.)

I'm also a washed-up professional athlete, recovering sales guy, ex-strategy consultant, and increasingly serious writer. I've published 50+ essays on how I work and think at hellooperator.substack.com and am a frequent contributor to ParkerGale's in-house podcast, The Private Equity Funcast.
