As a psychologist with a strong research and statistical background, I have been designing and delivering online applications for psychological testing for over 15 years. I am proficient at using open source technologies to create stable and scalable platforms for personality tests, reports, 360° and performance appraisals, item banks, and more.
Since 2012, I have been running Psycholate, a company that provides psychometric solutions to various organizations and industries. Currently, I am also developing my own SaaS product, TraitForward, which aims to help employers hire the best people with confidence, using automated personality testing. I am passionate about applying my expertise in psychometrics and application design to create innovative and effective tools for human resources and talent management.
