Before her current position, Ms. Tsai was Vice President of Analytics and Data with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. In this role, Peggy developed policies and data strategies to help operationalize Morgan Stanley’s wealth management data governance program.

Peggy strongly believes in giving back and advocates for women in data and technology. She participates in several professional capacities, including:

· Co-host of The Data Transformers podcast, which reached the Top 250 Global Technology podcasts on Spotify.

Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Master's of Science from New York University.
