With the automotive industry rapidly evolving, Phil is excited to join the team at Drivonic® because he sees phenomenal potential for dealers to solve digital problems, create increased sales opportunities, and make more money by utilizing the Drivonic® products.
Offering a full suite of program solutions that target every step of the consumer’s digital path to purchase, Drivonic® has developed a marketing and data management platform that leverages 1st, 2nd and 3rd party datasets as well as its own Identity Graph to allow for the accurate cross device identity resolution of primary marketing profiles. These audiences then power solutions that address the digital needs of Tier 2 and Tier 3 automotive clients at all levels of the customer journey. Focusing on all levels of consumer digital impression and conversion and creating the proper brand aligned micro-moments of relevance, Drivonic® deploys strategies for New Customer Acquisition, Customer Defection Prevention & Retention, Missed Opportunity Reactivation, and all things Fixed Operations related.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Phil will be concentrating his time in the areas of marketing, sales, customer support and revenue management. One of his first goals is to share the dynamic Drivonic® programs and products with potential Channel Partners and Tier 2 associations and teams.
Phil was previously at LotLinx as the Sr. Director of VINtv, representing the leading edge of video strategies for auto dealers in the digital marketing age.
Prior to LotLinx, Phil was Director of Automotive Sales, Southeast Division, at effectv, previously known as Comcast Spotlight. There, Phil built out Auto Teams which responded to the individual marketing needs of each dealer building out customized plans and creative.
Working 14 years at Charter/Spectrum, Phil instituted a company-wide auto sales program complete with salesperson accreditation, in-depth salesperson training, industry-specific product offerings, dealer training, and auto-centric branding.
Phil's auto career began at the broadcast level – an NBC-affiliate where he consistently created innovative ways to grow share. Hired by his largest client, Pulliam Ford, he created marketing strategies that elevated the almost-bankrupt dealership into the #7 Ford dealer in the US in less than 5 years – growing over 600%.
