Being the Chief Executive of Partners& is not a job. It is a way of life. And it’s one that I apply my complete attention to every day.
Whilst I bring almost 40 years of accumulated industry knowledge to the table, my success in leadership is not born from my own technical expertise. Instead, it relies on ruthless focus on two key areas:
Firstly, finding and placing trust in like-minded people that share my work ethic, passion and energy. Empowering them to believe that anything is possible; and encouraging them to build the business with skill and a passion for delivery.
Secondly, ensuring that clients are always placed first. By approaching everything with each client’s best interests in mind and focusing on building long-term, valuable relationships based on a foundation of partnership, we create a great business.
It is this experience that has inspired the launch of Partners&, the next generation insurance and advisory business. Our mission is to combine the best tradition of broking (relationships and technical advice) with state of the art technology, to deliver an unrivalled client experience.
