Phillip Eggleston heads up the Solutions Engineering team at LeadIQ. He's not just your average sales executive - he's a business and technology consultant, a certified AWS Business Professional, and a 4x Salesforce certified pro all rolled into one. He's like the "Salesforce" of sales.

Phillip's experience spans across industries such as medical devices, security, telecommunications, and IT, making him a true jack-of-all-trades. He's always looking for new challenges to conquer, and he's never satisfied with the status quo. In short, he's a lifelong learner with a growth mindset and an insatiable hunger for new knowledge, much like a college student with a unlimited meal plan.

Phillip's tenure at LeadIQ began in November 2020, but he's no stranger to the world of remote work. He's been working remotely since 2017, so he's well-versed in the art of virtual communication and has mastered the art of the Zoom background.

Phillip's also a well-rounded individual with a diverse range of experiences, from Salesforce Consultant, a Sales Manager, an owner-operator of his own business and even a high school wrestling coach. He's also held a variety of positions such as Outside Sales Rep/Field Manager and Field Manager, working his way up from a high-pressure door-to-door ADT security sales job to leading his own solutions engineering team.

Phillip holds a partial MBA from Strayer University (which is like not having an MBA) in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Chemistry from the University of Washington. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point for two years and wrestled on their team. With all these credentials, he's like the Tony Stark of sales and business consulting, just without the cool Iron Man suit.
