Hi there! I am Piyusha and I am curious, agile, empathetic, and an effective communicator.

With over 10 years of experience in Martech, I’m leading Horizontal Digital’s Salesforce team in Vadodara. I’m a four-star Ranger with 8X Salesforce certifications and accreditations. I’m a Trailblazer Community Group Leader for Salesforce Marketers, Vadodara and Vadodara Slack Chapter Leader. My mission is to elevate the knowledge and skills of trailblazers and to grow the Salesforce community in Vadodara.

Since, 2021, I’m running a bi-weekly LinkedIn Live series to support the Trailblazers grow in their careers. I have also presented sessions at several international Salesforce conferences including Dreamin events and multiple community group events, covering topics such as data, AI, and CRM. I enjoy talking about Sales and I write Salesblazer blogs for Salesforce.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am dedicated to empowering women to pursue their own careers, particularly those living in rural areas with traditional Indian backgrounds. I organize one-on-one chat sessions in Rajasthan villages to provide inspiration and support. Coming from a traditional Rajasthani family, I understand the challenges of pursuing a career and passion without familial support.

As a part of The Bharat Scouts and Guides, I was honored with a state-level award for my outstanding volunteering work. Additionally, I earned the title of best women driver in North India, awarded by Maruti Suzuki. I'm multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, and Marwari, and I'm currently learning Spanish.

I am also an avid traveler, amateur cook, photographer, and badminton player. Moreover, I aspire to become a pilot because of my love for flying airplanes and the sheer joy it brings!
