As the Head of Digital and E-commerce Marketing at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, I lead the charge in transforming the brand's digital presence, growing the e-commerce channel, and spearheading its foray into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market.

In my previous 5 year stint at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. I have had the chance to lead digital marketing for leading brands across categories - Personal wash, air care, hair colour, liquid detergent and also work on some key organization level initiatives including:
- Data driven marketing - led the set up of GCPL's in house data management platform from scratch along with partners.
- D2C - set up direct to consumer marketing channel for Godrej aer.
- Set up the Black Box, which is the Digital Command Center for GCPL and leading it.
- Led the E-commerce marketing and media initiatives for the entire GCPL portfolio for over an year

The latest role I have is that of a mom juggling between a baby and work - mastering the art of multi-tasking.
