Currently the Senior Manager, Global Partner Programs at Smartsheet, I lead a team to define and execute a comprehensive, win-win-win program to drive profitable growth across channels. Additionally, I have designed a successful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to identify, recruit, and retain veterans. Various other accomplishments include:
● Identifying $3.5M in annual savings and generating a 13% year-over-year (YOY) revenue increase for an HVAC manufacturer client.
● Being selected to serve on ZS' global people and culture team to define firm-wide leadership expectations.
● Serving as interim CMO to jumpstart a commercial real estate insurance firm’s transformation, achieving 40% full-time employee (FTE) headcount cost savings with a 35% reduction in actual marketing spend.
● Growing a veteran global employee resource group from 6 to 450+ members by fostering allyship.
● Recognizing $470M in additional revenue opportunities by improving the customer experience for an agriculture manufacturer.
● Implementing a channel partner program for a $4.5B global high-tech manufacturer, driving growth in partner performance and being recognized by The Channel Company as a 5-star program.
● Maintaining $1.5M worth of equipment for the US Army and creating a new workforce training program for soldiers.
