What is my why? I make exceptional content go farther with data-driven marketing strategy and savvy marketing experts. What is the result? Revenue and lead goals that are met and exceeded, marketing content that competitors shamelessly copy, and teams who feel like superheroes for the work they accomplish.

My 16 years in marketing and communications started with my origin story in social media, when I created a Facebook Page, a Twitter account, and a blog. That was when I discovered my "why" for my career: the combination of creativity, communication, and technology was my path to nirvana and it's what I want to do forever and always.

Healthcare, SaaS, and professional services (B2B) have been the focal industries in my marketing career. I've also supported Talent Acquisition and Human Capital in global business process outsourcing (BPO) companies. Thus engagement with both internal and external audiences are second nature to my marcom mind.

I'm most proud of making the impossible possible:

At TTEC, I transformed our global social media team from a 3-person group of under-equipped specialists into an 8-person content marketing team generating top-notch design assets, you-centric social copy, and lead generation campaigns that reduced our CPL by 75%. The impact on the company was an agency-level content team which promoted both employer brand and employee engagement, resulting in reduced attrition and increased referral applicant pipelines.

At Hubilo, I joined the company a few weeks prior to our flagship event and subsequent influencer event, both of which were crucial to brand awareness and lead generation. I crafted a run of show template, put together the full influencer event from invitations through to closing curtain, and hosted the flagship event featuring Gary Vaynerchuk as the keynote guest. My efforts provided systems and processes for the company's future events and created a foundation for our event industry influencer and community marketing.

I look forward to achieving the impossible - or at least highly improbably - wherever I work. I genuinely believe that innovative creativity, effective communication, and the right technology can lead to success in any situation or challenge.
