His flagship publication 'This is True' debuted in 1994 (the Dark Ages of the Internet), and still runs today: the oldest entertainment publication online. As a pioneering email publisher, Randy helped drive the feature sets adopted by most modern Email Service Providers, and established and modeled the "Best Practices" for email publishing.
