I’m a bit of a contradiction. I have a background in art and design but I love a pivot table. I think creatively but develop solutions that can be realistically executed. I believe that presentation is everything but it’s nothing without a strong operational plan.
As a marketing executive with almost 20 years of experience, I deliver passion, precision, and persistence with everything I do. I balance bringing projects to fruition with a continuous improvement mindset – I get things done and then keep making them better.
Leadership philosophy: Be decisive, win as a team, fail fast and learn from it, lead by example, always have a plan and a back-up plan, delegate effectively but don’t ask someone to do something you wouldn’t do yourself.
