As Head of Cross-Product Marketing Technology in Google's global Marketing Operations org, I lead a team that partners with marketing, engineering, and product leaders to architect a centralized marketing technology stack that helps Google's billions of users increase their knowledge, success, health, and happiness.
Previously, I was a Global Transformation Lead in Google Cloud's "Cloud Value & Transformation Advisory" org, where I helped leading brands apply 10x thinking to reimagine what's possible for their customers, their organization, and the world.
Before Google, I was West Coast GM & Head of Transformation at Simon Data, a Series C, SaaS Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Gartner 2020 Cool Vendor. Simon's CDP transforms Marketing Technology stacks and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing for top brands (e.g. Tripadvisor, Venmo, Unilever, Betterment, Vivino, BarkBox). At Simon, I engaged, influenced, and aligned CxOs and marketing, product, data, analytics, engineering, and service leaders on how to unify customer data, dynamically manage audiences, and deliver hyper-personalized omnichannel experiences.
As CxOs need to accelerate complex transformation initiatives, I conceived, launched, and manage an invite-only CxO community roundtable series, co-hosted by Google’s Global VP of Marketing. Execs across industries share & discover unique insights that reshape strategy, reimagine data & technology ecosystems, and drive necessary change.
Before that, I was a CxO & co-founder of multiple agencies/consultancies, with cross value chain experience. I secured, designed, and led complex marketing, strategy, innovation, digital transformation, culture, and change management engagements for Global 500s, industry defining brands, and high-growth startups. With engagements lasting 2 wks to 3 yrs, I built and managed agile, multi-disciplinary teams including a bespoke, ever-evolving mix of execs, advisors, investors, SMEs, and vendors/partners.
To guide organizations & engagements, I became an expert at designing & facilitating business critical workshops. Be it 2 or 150 participants, my unique POV and rigorous process rapidly generates actionable strategies & solutions, aligns diverse stakeholder sets, and enables sustainable progress.
