Post-Sales Senior Solutions Architect | Online Instructor | Mobile Development Specialist
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Branch, I onboard clients that engage with Professional Services and guide them through implementing the Branch SDKs and products across their enterprise tech stacks. I have 3 years of client-facing experience in this role, and I also mentor junior team members, including our budding ProServe team in APAC.
I am a data and analytics specialist, consulted as a stakeholder by the Product Team about new solutions. I also host webinars and write blog posts on topics such as deep linking, data exports, event tracking, and segment data. Additionally, I teach online courses on Udemy on app development, computer programming, game development, and web development, with 23 published courses and almost 18,000 students.
I love engaging with customers during the post-sales process and helping their development teams troubleshoot complex code architecture challenges.
