As a former marketing agency owner, I understand the challenges that come with growing and maintaining a profitable and sustainable business. That's why I offer coaching services to help agency owners achieve their goals in a way that's enjoyable and fulfilling (with minimal stress!).

My coaching approach involves working with clients one-on-one or as part of a group program across seven key areas that I call "Your Success Pathway." These areas include understanding your audience, creating a compelling vision, filling your sales funnel, converting leads to clients, retaining and growing clients, growing a team, and delegation/succession planning.

My journey to coaching began when I started my own tech PR agency in 1992. Over the next 11 years, I grew it to 25 staff with revenues of £1.5m before selling the business in 2003. Since then, I've retrained as a coach and have helped over 450 agency owners build a business they love and that's less dependent on them.
