I am an accomplished senior leader specialising in commercial management, sales operations and integration.
I am currently the Head of Operations at MessageMedia where I manage the Sales Operations function, the AU Technical Support function and our AU and Philippines Customer Experience functions.
Previously I spent 11 years at Aconex which was acquired by Oracle in early 2018. During my tenure at Aconex I enjoyed successive promotions, working as Head of Sales Operations & Global Sales Process Manager, Integration Director and finally as Senior Commercial Manager.
I am exceptionally driven with a passion for challenges and complexity. My engaging management style extracts maximum effort and commitment. Previously I have been pivotal in merging separate newly acquired businesses into a single unified entity, both from acquired and acquiring company perspective. I am accustomed to managing large change initiatives, notably in the sales and service functions of a global SAAS organisation and management of the global roll-out of a CRM system. My experience includes developing/negotiating SLAs, terms of service, enterprise agreements, scope of work and user-based licensing agreements. I take pride in understanding the interrelationships between functions and customers.
