As a candidate pursuing the MIT Master's of Science in Real Estate Development program, I am passionate about shaping inclusive environments through impactful and sustainable real estate development. I have over six years of experience in architecture, real estate design strategy, and digital innovation, working on diverse and complex projects across the globe.
Most recently, I managed the design development strategy for a residential portfolio of approximately 4,000 residences as part of a 100-acre integrated township project in Pune, India, with Godrej Properties Limited. I also transformed the in-house design exploration process for analyzing new deals through a bespoke generative design workflow, reducing the time taken from a few weeks to days. Additionally, I spearheaded the adoption of BIM workflow and data management practices in the Pune region, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the design and development projects.
