I’m Ros de Vries, a Customer Experience specialist, avid sailor and community firebrand. I’ve served for over 10 years at Campaign Monitor and 6 years with the American Red Cross. In all roles, I've excelled at project management, communications and delivering positive and measurable changes to the customer journey.

As the Customer Experience Programs Manager at Campaign Monitor, I currently lead a global retention and growth team that has driven YoY improvements to new customer retention.
